Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Futtos account. Parent or guardian consent does not permit a person under 18 to use the Service.
• You must enter your own date of birth. Futtos assesses eligibility from this self-declared information; this is not identity verification or KYC.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
• Safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the community.

2. Acceptable Use & Content Rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other members.
• Post content that is sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable, or that endangers children in any way.
• Post or transmit spam, unauthorized commercial messages, or malicious code.
• Sell, transfer, or share your account access.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to access restricted areas of the Service.

We filter and moderate user content, act on reports of objectionable content or abusive users, and remove violating content and the users responsible. You can report content or users and block users directly in the app. Full details are in our Community Standards.

3. User Content & Licenses

• Your content — You retain ownership of photos, text, graphics, stats, and other materials you upload. By posting, you grant Futtos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Service.
• Community content — Group organizers and other users may view your profile or activity data where necessary to coordinate games and events. Respect the privacy and preferences of others when sharing data.
• Feedback — Suggestions or feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.

4. Payments

The Futtos mobile app never processes payments and contains no billing functionality. Venue bookings and venue tournament/league entry fees are paid on our website (futtos.app), where they are processed by our licensed payment partner (Midtrans); Futtos may charge a service fee on those transactions. All other amounts shown in the app — such as per-game cost sharing or community tournament fees — are arranged, collected, and settled directly between participants and organizers or venues; Futtos displays this information for coordination only, records paid/unpaid status for the organizer's convenience, and is not a party to those transactions.

For website venue bookings, the venue is responsible for availability, fulfillment, cancellation terms, and refunds shown during booking.

Prizes & no wagering — Tournament prizes (including cash prizes) are offered, funded, and fulfilled solely by the tournament organizer. Futtos never holds, escrows, or pays out prize money and does not guarantee any prize. Betting or wagering of any kind — including staking money on the outcome of any game, duel, or tournament — is prohibited on the Service, and content organizing or promoting it will be removed. Chance-based prize draws (undian) may not be run through the Service; where an organizer runs one independently, they are solely responsible for holding the required government permits.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Futtos facilitates group coordination but does not organize physical events; users assume all risks associated with participation in sports or meetups.
• Content is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futtos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits; or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability; in those cases, these limits may not apply to you.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Futtos, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the app (Profile > Settings > Delete Account), via our web deletion page, or by emailing support@futtos.app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create safety risks, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end, but sections intended to survive (e.g., indemnity, disclaimers) remain in effect.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update features, discontinue portions of the Service, or revise these Terms. If we make material changes we will notify you via the app, email, or website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gianyar Regency, Bali, Indonesia, unless another venue is required by applicable law. For EU/EEA users, you may also invoke local consumer protection rights and dispute mechanisms in your country.
