Community Standards

Futtos is built on trust between players. These standards apply to everything you do on Futtos — profiles, groups, games, photos, chat, voting, tournaments, and duels. By using Futtos you agree to follow them, alongside our Terms of Service.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Content is screened by automated text and image moderation, every piece of user content can be reported in the app, and our team reviews reports and removes violating content and the users responsible.

1. Be Respectful

Treat all players with respect, both online and on the pitch.
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination.
Avoid personal attacks, insults, or inflammatory language.
Respect different skill levels — everyone starts somewhere.

2. Play Fair

Show up when you confirm — consistent no-shows hurt the community.
Accept match results gracefully — win or lose with class.
Give honest and fair votes when rating players.

3. Keep It Safe

Never share personal information of others without consent.
Report any safety concerns to group admins or Futtos support.
If you witness inappropriate behavior, use the in-app report feature.

4. No Spam or Scams

No unsolicited advertising or promotional content.
No fake profiles or impersonation.
Report suspicious accounts or messages.

5. Appropriate Content

Keep profile photos and group images appropriate for all ages.
No explicit, violent, or offensive content.
Game and group descriptions should be clear and honest.
Use appropriate language in all communications.

6. Respect Privacy

Ask permission before sharing photos of others.
Respect when players prefer not to share personal details.

7. Follow Local Laws

Ensure activities comply with local regulations.
Obtain necessary permits for organized events.
Follow venue rules and respect property.

Child Safety Standards

Futtos prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all forms. This includes, without limitation: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, and child trafficking. There are no exceptions.

Age requirement — Futtos accounts require a minimum age of 13, enforced by an age gate at signup.
Reporting — any user can report content or users directly in the app (every profile, group, game, activity, and chat surface has a report action), or by emailing our child safety contact below. Reports of child safety violations are prioritized.
Takedown — confirmed CSAM is removed immediately, the responsible account is permanently banned, and we report to the relevant authorities (such as NCMEC or local law enforcement) as required by applicable child safety laws.
Compliance — we comply with applicable child safety laws in the regions where Futtos operates.

Reporting & Enforcement

Report content or users from the “…” menu on any profile, group, game, or message, or email support@futtos.app. You can also block any user from their profile. We review reports promptly — objectionable content is removed and offending users are ejected. Violations are handled in escalating steps:

1 · Warning First-time minor violations receive a warning to help you understand what went wrong.

2 · Temporary suspension Repeated or moderate violations result in temporary access restriction.

3 · Permanent ban Severe violations or continued misconduct lead to permanent removal.

Severe violations — including anything involving child safety — skip straight to permanent removal.
